From Stardust to Soul Purpose

I think of astrology in terms of energy and frequency. I don't know how it works, but the centuries of accumulated observation indicate that there is something meaningful in these planetary patterns. Astrology is so much more than pop-culture sun sign memes. Once you go deeper and begin to explore your full chart, you discover the rich story it holds.

Modern science confirms that our bodies are composed of "star stuff." The elements that form our cells—carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and so forth—were forged billions of years ago in the nuclear furnaces of stars. When those stars died, they scattered their material across the cosmos, eventually coalescing into new star systems, planets, and, ultimately, the living beings here on Earth. In this sense, every atom in our bodies carries a cosmic legacy.

Building on that understanding, I consider the symbolic qualities we assign to the planets—archetypes like Mars for drive and desire, Venus for love and beauty, Mercury for thought and communication—as being embedded in this shared ancestry. The moment of our birth can be seen as a snapshot of these energies imprinted into our very being. Our “cosmic DNA” represents the arrangement of universal energies that shape our potentials.

I picture this as an electromagnetic "timekeeper" at our heart center, one that remains in sync with the larger rhythms of planetary movement. Our birth chart is continually interacting with the shifting cosmos. This doesn’t mean we are predestined to a fixed fate. We have free will and the capacity for choice at every step. However, the astrological cycle brings forth recurring themes, events, challenges, and opportunities that can guide us toward realizing our highest potential. These planetary transits serve as invitations from the universe, supporting us to grow and evolve along our soul’s intended path.

By sharing this perspective in a way that’s both accessible and inspiring, I hope to help others understand that living in alignment with their soul’s blueprint can have a positive impact on everything. When individuals step into their authentic selves, guided by these universal patterns, the ripple effect can uplift and transform the collective experience. Welcoming the wisdom of our “star stuff” brings us closer to creating a more unified and awakened world.
